The crew was engaged in a test flight when the seaplane crashed in unknown circumstances off Miami. A crewmen was killed.

The pilot (a FAB Officer) and seven passengers took place in this seaplane built in 1930 and used by the Brazilian Air Force. While performing a demonstration flight, the aircraft went out of control and crashed, killing all eight occupants. It appears the flight was unauthorized.

The seaplane crashed in unknown circumstances in the harbor of Puerto Nuevo in Buenos Aires. The occupant fate remains unknown. The aircraft sunk and was lost.
