While approaching Warri Airport runway 06 following an uneventful flight from Benin City, the twin engine aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed near a refinery located near Jeddo, about 11 km west of the airport. All six occupants were killed, among them five Nigerian Army Officers.

The crew was completing a local training flight at Kaduna-New Kaduna Airport. On final approach, the pilot-in-command lost control of the airplane that nosed down and crashed in a field located 3 km short of runway. All three crew members were killed.

The twin engine aircraft was engaged in an humanitarian flight from Lokichogio to Atar on behalf of UNICEF. On approach, the pilot decided to make a low pass to analyze the runway state and to locate potential animals. During the second approach, on short final, he spotted an animal on the runway and decided to land a little further down. After touchdown, the aircraft was unable to stop within the remaining distance, overran and came to rest in a ditch. All four occupants escaped uninjured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
