On September 13, 2010 at 10:23 AM, Porlamar - Puerto Ordaz experienced a crash involving ATR42-300, operated by Conviasa - Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronáuticas y Servicios Aéreos, with the event recorded near Puerto Ordaz Bolívar.
