On January 15, 2009 at 09:10 PM, Makhachkala - Nizhny Novgorod experienced a crash involving Ilyushin II-76, operated by Russian Air Force - Voyenno-vozdushnye sily Rossii, with the event recorded near Makhachkala Republic of Dagestan.
