On September 30, 1994 at 11:10 AM, Arsenyev - Khabarovsk - Chaibukha - Bukhta Provideniya experienced a crash involving Antonov AN-8, operated by Arsenyev Aviation Production Association, with the event recorded near Chaibukha Magadan oblast.
