On January 27, 1993 at 12:00 AM, Kinshasa - Tembo experienced a crash involving Nord 262, operated by Trans Service Airlift - TSA, with the event recorded near Kinshasa-Ndolo Kinshasa City Province.

All five passengers and the flight mechanic escaped uninjured while the pilot Henri Van Reempst was killed after being wedged between his seat and the steering wheel.
