On October 18, 1989 at 12:00 AM, Nasosny AFB - Zhovtneve AFB experienced a crash involving Ilyushin II-76, operated by Soviet Air Force - Voyenno-vozdushnye sily CCCP, with the event recorded near Nasosny AFB Absheron.
