On June 21, 1989 at 05:40 PM, Pucallpa – San Ramón – Lima experienced a crash involving De Havilland DHC-5 Buffalo, operated by Peruvian Air Force - Fuerza Aérea del Perú, with the event recorded near Tarma Junín.
