On December 24, 1982 at 05:10 PM, Lanzhou – Xi’an – Changsha – Guangzhou experienced a crash involving Ilyushin II-18, operated by CAAC - Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the event recorded near Guangzhou-Baiyun Guangdong.
