En route from Winnipeg to Moose Jaw, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. He lost control of the airplane that crashed in a field, bursting into flames. A passenger was injured while both other occupants were killed.

On final approach to Edmonton Airport in stormy weather, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in the Southesk district. Both passengers and the pilot Pat Holden were killed while no one on the ground was hurt.
