The four engine aircraft departed Cagayan de Oro Airport to transfer troops to Jolo. On board were 88 passengers and a crew of 8, including three pilots. After landing on runway 09 at Jolo Airport, the aircraft was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran, collided with several house and came to rest in a wooded area, bursting into flames. At least 49 occupants were killed as well as three people on the ground. All others were injured.

The four engine aircraft departed Davao City Airport at 2051LT on a flight to Iloilo City where members of the Presidential Security Group should be picked up for Manila. During initial climb, the crew was cleared to climb to 18,000 feet when the aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in the sea about 4 minutes after takeoff. The aircraft was destroyed and all 11 occupants were killed.

Crashed in unknown circumstances in the sea off Lubang Island while completing a training flight. Crew fate unknown. The exact date of the accident remains unknown, somewhere in 1997.

The crew departed Zamboanga City Airport on a survey flight for a missing vessel. En route, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to ditch the aircraft in the Igat Bay off Zamboanga. All six occupants were rescued while the aircraft sank and was lost.

The descent to Naga City Airport was initiated in poor weather conditions with limited visibility due to heavy rain falls. On approach, the four engine aircraft struck the slope of Mt Manase located 30 km from the airport and disintegrated on impact. All 30 occupants were killed. They were on their way to Naga City on a typhoon relief mission.

Mt Guiting-Guiting (Sibuyan Island) Romblon

The twin engine aircraft departed Manila on a flight to Zamboanga with an intermediate stop in Mactan, Cebu. En route to Mactan, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions with stormy weather. While cruising at an altitude of 5,000 feet in poor visibility, the aircraft struck the slope of Mt Guiting-Guiting located in the center of Sibuyan Island. All 10 occupants were killed.

After touchdown on runway 01 at Laoag Airport, the aircraft encountered difficulties to stop within the remaining distance, overran and came to rest in the Padsan River. There were no casualties.

After landing at Catarman Airport, the aircraft skidded on a wet runway, veered off runway and collided with an earth mount. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and all 16 occupants escaped uninjured, among them Fidel Ramos, Secretary of Defense of The Philippines.

The airplane was completing a special flight from Laoag to Nichols AFB (Manila Intl Airport) on behalf of the Philippines Presidency, carrying soldiers, policemen, journalists and members of the government security agency flying back to Manila after taking part to the celebrations of the 61st anniversary of the President Ferdinand Marcos. On final approach to runway 06 in poor weather conditions, the airplane lost height, struck 10 houses and crashed in a swampy area located few hundred meters short of runway threshold. Seven occupants in the airplane were rescued while 21 others were killed as well as 12 people on the ground. 20 other people on the ground were seriously injured.

Shortly after takeoff from Basa AFB (north of Floridablanca), while climbing to a height of 200 feet, the left engine failed. The aircraft banked left, stalled and crashed 800 meters past the runway end. The aircraft was totally destroyed and all 40 occupants were killed, among them 10 officers and 26 family members.

The airplane departed Nichols AFB in the early morning, bound for San Jose Buenavista with 7 crew members and 30 passengers, among them civilians. While cruising at an altitude of 6,000 feet in poor weather conditions, the airplane struck the slope of Mt Madiac located 95 km northeast of San Jose Buenavista. SAR operations were conducted and the wreckage was found three days later in an isolated area, about 300 meters below the summit. The aircraft was destroyed and all 37 occupants have been killed. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were poor with low clouds and a visibility limited to few hundred meters. There were some gusty winds up to 40 knots at the time of the accident, which caused the aircraft to deviate from the prescribed route.

Christened 'Mount Pinatubo', the airplane departed Cebu City past 0130LT bound for the capital city, carrying journalist, members of the government and Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Republic of The Philippines. While climbing by night, the right engine lost power then failed. The crew was unable to maintain a safe altitude when the airplane struck the slope of Mt Manunggal located about 35 km northwest of the Airport. Rescuers arrived on the scene in the early morning and a passenger, a journalist of the 'Philippine Herald' was seriously injured and evacuated while 25 other occupants were killed.
