Shortly after takeoff from Fort Simpson Airport, the twin engine airplane encountered difficulties to gain height, truck trees, stalled and crashed in a wooded area. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and there were no casualties.

Shortly after takeoff from Edmonton Airport, while in initial climb, the single engine airplane stalled and crashed, bursting into flames. A passenger was killed and two other occupants were injured.

The crew was forced to make an emergency landing due to fuel shortage. Upon landing, the seaplane hit a rock and came to rest. No one was hurt but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
