While cruising over the East China Sea, crew encountered technical problems with an engine. Pilot tried to make an emergency landing but the aircraft eventually crashed into the sea off Kuba Island, Okinawa archipelago. The aircraft christened 'Fuji' was lost, two passengers were rescued while all ten others occupants were killed.
