Crashed while performing agricultural work, the pilot died in the crash. Conclusion: The aviation accident with the An-2 aircraft RA-33675 occurred during the daytime, in visual meteorological conditions, due to a collision of the main landing gear wheels with the embankment of an irrigation canal, which led to the destruction of the landing gear structure, the subsequent collision of the aircraft with the water surface of the canal, and a nose-over. The aviation accident was the result of a combination of the following factors: - loss of the captain’s working capability in flight due to acute cardiovascular insufficiency that developed as a result of a recurrent myocardial infarction against the background of hypertension; - possible influence on the captain’s health of the presence of ethyl alcohol in his blood; - performing the flight with an incomplete crew. The death of the captain in the aviation accident may have been facilitated by the absence of seat belts on the crew seats.
