On August 14, 2021 at 12:00 AM, RF-88450 experienced a crash involving Beriev Be-200, operated by Russian Navy - Voyenno-morskoy Flot Rossii, with the event recorded near Kahramanmaras Mediterranean Region (Akdeniz Bölgesi).

After the aircraft drop water on fire, the crew elected to gain height when the aircraft impacted terrain and crashed on the slope of a mountain, bursting into flames.
