On November 28, 2009 at 04:03 PM, Vancouver - Mayne Island - Pender Island - Lyall Harbour - Vancouver experienced a crash involving De Havilland DHC-2 Beaver, operated by Seair Seaplanes - Seair Services, with the event recorded near Lyall Harbour (Saturna Island) British Columbia.
