On March 27, 2003 at 01:13 AM, Mount Pleasant – Titusville experienced a crash involving Rockwell Grand Commander 690, operated by Haulers Insurance Company, with the event recorded near Homerville Georgia.

Examination of the airframe revealed that the airframe design limits were exceeded. The pilot did not obtain a weather briefing before the flight departed.
