On October 12, 1998 at 12:00 AM, Sibay - Ufa experienced a crash involving PZL-Mielec AN-2, operated by Bashkirian Airlines - Bashkirskie Avialinii, with the event recorded near Mt Masim Republic of Bashkortostan.
