On June 4, 1996 at 01:20 PM, São Paulo – Uberaba – Ribeirão Preto experienced a crash involving Learjet 25, operated by Aeroexecutivos Taxi Aéreo, with the event recorded near Ribeirão Preto São Paulo.

A man in the truck as well as one pilot were killed while three other pilots were injured. The aircraft was destroyed.
