On February 12, 1996 at 12:01 PM, Port-au-Prince – Cap Haïtien experienced a crash involving GAF Nomad N.24, operated by Haïti Air Express, with the event recorded near Port-au-Prince-Toussaint Louverture (François Duvalier) West.
