On April 28, 1993 at 11:50 PM, Grand Island - Grand Island experienced a crash involving Beechcraft 99 Airliner, operated by GP-Express Airlines, with the event recorded near Shelton Nebraska.

A filled out grade sheet for the flight being flown was found in the check airman's mailbox. Both pilots were killed.
