Six minutes after takeoff from Santa Rosa de Yacuma Airport, en route to La Paz, the flight engineer informed the captain that the left engine caught fire. The crew shut down the engine and feathered its propeller. The captain decided to attempt an emergency landing on an abandoned airfield located in El Triunfo, about 24 km north of Santa Rosa de Yacuma Airport. After landing, the aircraft rolled for about 100 metres when the left main gear collapsed. The aircraft veered to the left and rolled for few dozen metres before coming to rest, bursting into flames. All three crew members escaped uninjured and the fire partially destroyed the left part of the aircraft.

On final approach to Paraparau Airport, an engine failed and caught fire. Also, the crew was unable to lower the gear. The aircraft belly landed and slid for few dozen meters before coming to rest. All three crew members escaped uninjured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

After takeoff from Apolo Airport, while climbing, the airplane stalled and crashed in flames in an open field. A passenger was seriously injured while 10 other occupants were killed.

On final approach, the captain sighted cattle on the first portion of the runway and decided to extend the flare and landed further down the runway. After touchdown on a wet surface, the left main gear struck an irregularity in the terrain. Upon impact, it collapsed and the airplane veered off runway to the left and came to rest. All six occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

While descending to San Borja Airport, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and did not realize his altitude was insufficient when the airplane struck a hill located near the Maniqui River, about 25 km south of the airfield. A crew member was killed while two other occupants were injured.
